  8. You also have the right to object to processing, which can be exercised under the conditions specified in Article 21 GDPR;

  9. During the processing of personal data, no decisions concerning you will be made automatically, and no profiles will be created, which means that no actions referred to in Article 22 paragraphs 1 and 4 GDPR will be taken;

  10. If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in Poland is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office;

  11. Providing personal data is voluntary; however, it is necessary to achieve the stated purpose, and without providing them, achieving this purpose is not possible.
