If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in Poland is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office;
Providing personal data is voluntary; however, it is necessary to achieve the stated purpose, and without providing them, achieving this purpose is not possible.
