the #WhatAreYouStaringAt campaign
In 2024, Kombud implemented the #NaCoSieGapisz (#WhatAreYouStaringAt) campaign, a nationwide social initiative aimed at drawing attention to the dangers of mindless smartphone use—especially in hazardous situations, including in transport—such as at railway crossings, while driving, and on station platforms. Through a combination of absurdity, visual minimalism, and a powerful message, the campaign created a coherent narrative that not only educated but also engaged and provoked reflection. The campaign reached over 11 million users, and the average viewing time for the animations was 39 seconds, confirming a high level of interest and active audience engagement.

Cooperation with technical universities - supporting the education of specialists in the railway signaling (SRK) industry
In order to address a significant gap in the labor market related to the shortage of specialists in the field of railway traffic control systems security, Kombud initiated the launch of postgraduate studies at the University of Radom entitled "European Railway Traffic Control Systems". The ongoing cooperation with technical universities translates into the development of technical knowledge and safety awareness among current and future specialists in the railway industry.

Q3-SEM semaphore - by replacing light bulbs with LED light sources, it practically eliminates the need to climb onto signal towers.
